About the Role

As a Spa Therapist at Wild Dreams Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to deliver professional wellness and beauty treatments in a luxury game reserve setting, where the spa experience is seamlessly integrated into the broader hospitality journey. Key Responsibilities

• Provide a range of treatments such as massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and body therapies.
• Conduct guest consultations to determine treatment needs and preferences.
• Ensure treatment rooms and spa areas are clean, hygienic, and well-prepared.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and confidentiality.
• Promote and upsell spa treatments, retail products, and wellness packages.
• Manage bookings and treatment schedules in coordination with reception.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering spa products and supplies.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Support overall guest experience by working closely with camp operations and front-of-house teams.

Requirements

• Relevant spa or beauty therapy qualification (CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a lodge, hotel, or resort spa environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest-service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of spa products and treatments.
