About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing end-to-end payroll for assigned client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end payroll for assigned client accounts
- Capture and verify manual and biometric timesheets
- Ensure accurate payroll inputs, deductions, and employee rates
- Review payroll data and pre-posting journals for accuracy
- Generate and validate client invoices with supporting documentation
- Maintain payroll records and compile reports
- Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs, and payroll regulations
Requirements
- 35 years of experience within the TES industry
- DBit experience is advantageous
- Experience managing large, multi-site payrolls
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Solid knowledge of BCEA and payroll compliance
