About the Role
As a Sales Representative at Persona Staff, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients across South Africa. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of passenger, commercial, and specialty tyres, and stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell a wide range of passenger, commercial, and specialty tyres
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable tyre solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact to deal closure
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
- Handle customer queries and resolve any issues professionally
- Maintain accurate sales records and reporting
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors
- Work collaboratively within the sales team to drive business growth
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably within the tyre or automotive industry
- Strong understanding of tyre products, applications, and market dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM or sales management systems
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
