About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Resort Manager to join our team at an ultra-luxury island resort in Seychelles, as part of the pre-opening phase. This is a rare leadership opportunity for an experienced Rooms Division professional to lead from the front and deliver an unforgettable guest experience in a truly iconic island setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the rooms division to achieve exceptional service standards
- Shape service excellence across all departments
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase occupancy
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives
- Foster strong relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers
- Ensure seamless operations during peak periods
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
Requirements
- Proven experience in a world-class luxury establishment (5-star deluxe / ultra-luxury resort or hotel)
- Fluency in English and German, with at least one additional language spoken
- Strong Rooms Division and guest services background (Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations)
- Availability for single-status expatriate package and experience in remote/hardship locations

- USD $120,000 net per annum
