Job Description

Minimum requirements: Matric Intermediate computer skills Experience in the legal services industry would be advantageous Courier and Postal Operations: Managing all administrative aspects of internal courier requests and delivery services Coordinating shipments with courier services: (Scheduling pickups, booking deliveries, and preparing necessary documentation – invoices, waybills, tracking records) Receiving, processing, managing customer requests Maintaining accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other relevant data, using courier software – Microsoft Office applications Budget Control (Reconciling invoices, capturing expenses and reporting on spend) Postal and Messenger services (Internal mail, docex, franking, collections and deliveries) Archiving Administration: Stock retrievals, accurate data capturing, management and co-ordination of collections and deliveries Budget Control (Reconciling invoices, capturing expenses and reporting on spend) In house archiving, Wills Management (all administration pertaining to Wills kept by Werksmans for safe keeping) Multitask services & General Administration: Print room services (photocopying, printing, laminating, binding, paginations, document scanning, machinery maintenance, stock and cost controls, monthly meter readings) Front Line Reception stand in Health and Safety support Service Provider support (co-ordination, queries and feedback) Client Liaison (support, queries, and feedback) Multitask services & General Administration: Stellenbosch support (Office visits, inspections and liaison with client, facilities and catering staff & feedback) Additional duties as required Competencies: Customer focused and service oriented Establishing good relationship with all departments and colleagues Display attention to detail and accuracy Reliable and well organised Ability to multitask Independent worker Good written and verbal communication skills Reliable and responsible Positive outlook, team player and willingness to learn Consultant: Stephnie Taljaard – Dante Personnel Cape Town
