About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator with a strong recruitment focus to join our team in Ekurhuleni. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruiting within automotive manufacturing, Truck OEMs, logistics, or trucking environments and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for approximately 1012 vacancies per month
- Draft and post job advertisements on various job sites and recruitment platforms
- Source candidates through headhunting and direct search methods
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and external partners
- Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews
- Conduct initial interviews and assist hiring managers during the selection process
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support cross-border recruitment initiatives where required
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Requirements
- Experience recruiting within automotive manufacturing, Truck OEMs, logistics, or trucking environments
- Experience using job portals, sourcing platforms, and direct headhunting methods
- Stable work history with at least 2 years in current or recent role
- Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
Qualifications
- HR Diploma or relevant HR/Recruitment qualification
- Recruitment certificates or short courses advantageous
