About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in the Western Cape, where you will play a crucial role in managing the full HR function within a unionised manufacturing environment. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading constructive engagement with trade unions and shop stewards, facilitating collective bargaining processes and wage negotiations, and advising management on labour legislation and disciplinary processes.
Key Responsibilities

- Advise management on labour legislation and disciplinary processes
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training initiatives, and workforce planning for production
Requirements
- An HR-related degree
- 8 years of management experience
- Strong Industrial Relations / collective bargaining / unionised workplace experience
- Knowledge of CCMA and Bargaining Council matters
- Exposure to technical training, apprenticeships, etc.
