About the Role
We are seeking ambitious and self-driven Sales Advisors to service and grow our government-sector client base in the Western Cape region of South Africa. As a Sales Advisor, you will be part of a team that provides tailored risk cover solutions to government employees, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and consistently meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with government employees to provide compliant insurance solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Conduct needs analyses and present tailored insurance solutions
- Consistently meet and exceed agreed sales targets
- Maintain accurate reporting and professional client records
Requirements
- Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- Valid South African drivers licence
- Reliable motor vehicle
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability and willingness to operate across the Western Cape
- High levels of professionalism, integrity, and self-discipline
- Target-driven with the ability to work independently
