About the Role

RMV Solutions Recruitment is seeking an experienced B2B Systems Alignment Consultant to join their team in Sandton. As a key member of the operational teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of B2B portal data, while supporting teams through training, governance, and continuous improvement of system usage.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of B2B portal data
Maintain and curate portal content to ensure information is current and fit for purpose
Identify data gaps, errors, and inconsistencies and drive corrective action
Ensure data is clearly structured, accessible, and user-friendly for both customers and consultants
Support the implementation and adoption of standardised systems, procedures, and workflows
Act as the key point of alignment between systems, data, and operational teams
Ensure compliance with data and system governance standards across departments
Drive continuous improvement in how the portal is used and maintained
Provide onsite and virtual training to teams on portal standards, processes, and best practices
Support internal teams including Contracting, Quality Assurance, and Data Loading teams
Coach and guide teams on correct system usage and data handling

Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 Diploma in Travel & Tourism (or similar)
Management or supervisory qualification (advantageous)
5 years’ experience within a systems-focused environment
Minimum 3 years advanced Tourplan experience
Tour operator experience
Advanced Excel skills
