About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential rental properties in Amanzimtoti, KwaZulu-Natal. As a client-facing role, you will be responsible for managing landlord and tenant relationships, coordinating maintenance, conducting inspections, handling lease renewals, and ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance.
