About the Role
We are seeking an Admin Assistant to support our busy property office in Amanzimtoti, KwaZulu-Natal. This role combines accounts administration, accurate data capturing, and professional customer service, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts processing, receipts, payments, and reconciliations
- Accurate data capturing and record maintenance
- Handling client enquiries (in person, phone, and email)
- Assisting with property administration, mandates, and documentation
- General office administration and compliance record-keeping
