Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in an ultra-luxury or Michelin-starred environment. Culinary Expertise: Advanced skills in a wide range of cuisines and cooking techniques, with a passion for innovation. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of developing kitchen staff. Financial Acumen: Experience managing kitchen budgets, cost controls, and inventory effectively.
