Job Description
An industry leader in electrical manufacturing is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team in Bellville. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic professional to lead and manage the full HR function, overseeing everything from talent acquisition and labour legislation compliance to performance management and organizational development. The ideal candidate will possess a post-matric HR qualification and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity. If you have strong leadership skills, expertise in HR best practices, and a proven ability to manage multiple functions independently, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process and develop talent acquisition strategies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain all internal HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure the organization remains compliant with all labour legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Manage remuneration structures, including performing regular salary benchmarking.
- Coordinate and oversee organizational performance management processes.
- Ensure all job descriptions are accurately maintained and updated as required.
- Oversee employee relations, including managing disciplinary processes and grievance procedures.
- Coordinate and manage submissions for BBBEE, Employment Equity, and Skills Development.
- Handle payroll administration in collaboration with the finance department, utilizing SAGE systems.
- Drive change management processes and general organizational development initiatives.
- Coordinate all staff training and personal development programs.
- Manage general personnel administration and provide regular HR reporting to management.
Requirements:
- Post-matric qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Labour Legislation and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in payroll systems (SAGE), HR software, and benchmarking tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.
