About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and commercially minded FMCG Sales Manager to join a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. This role is ideally suited to a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on building strong client partnerships, leading high-performing teams, and driving revenue growth within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
  • Leading and developing a motivated sales team

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years experience in a Sales Manager role within FMCG or a related industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams. Strong business development and key account management experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Commercially astute with strong analytical ability. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or similar advantageous.
