About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Planner to join our team in Bloemfontein, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects in the civil engineering sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6 or MS Project)
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to gather project data
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks
- Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and recovery plans
- Conduct critical path analysis and resource planning
- Support tender planning and project timelines during bidding stages
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a planner in civil engineering or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project)
