About the Role

Our client, a well-respected legal services firm, is seeking an organised and driven Call Centre Administrator / Supervisor to join their team in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising a small call centre team, ensuring service levels and productivity targets are achieved, and handling escalated customer queries and complaints professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a small call centre team
  • Monitor daily call centre operations and staff performance
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members
  • Ensure service levels and productivity targets are achieved

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in a Call Centre Administration and/or Supervisory role
  • Strong collections experience with a proven track record
  • Experience managing and motivating a small team
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in both Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
  • Computer literate with good MS Office skills
