About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team in Bloemfontein. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of employee payments, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle payroll processing for 250 employees or more
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries to all employees
- Maintain up-to-date records of employee information, including personal details and leave balances
- Process payroll adjustments and benefits as required
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll data
Requirements
- Previous experience in payroll administration
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in payroll software and systems (training provided)
