• Direct Customer Sales
• Preparing Quotes for Customers
• Telesales
• Quoting on Tenders
• Booking out Sales Orders
• Receiving of payments
• Allocating of Payments
• Cashing Up of Sales
• Provide internal support function for Key Account Managers and or Reps
• Receiving and liaising with customers in regards to incidents or complaints
• Ensuring Customer Satisfaction at All times
• Ability to work under pressure
• Technically minded
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
• Driven by results, committed to meeting deadlines, ambitious and dedicated, taking on full responsibility and ownership of the position.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Grade 12, with mathematics as a subject is essential
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales
• Computer Literate in (Pastel Evolution, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
