About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Transport Manager to join our team in Bloemfontein, South Africa. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for overseeing the transportation of goods and ensuring that our operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage transport routes and schedules
- Coordinate with drivers and vendors
- Monitor freight volumes and adjust capacity as needed
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 7 years in a Management/Department Head position
- Minimum of 10 years exposure to a Logistics/Distribution environment
- Experience in Pharmaceutical environment is essential
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management
