About the Role
Our client, a well-established organisation operating within the automotive and distribution industry, is seeking to employ an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team based in Bloemfontein.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock levels, FIFO, and voltage checks in the warehouse.
- Conduct daily and weekly cycle counts in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain stock levels of small parts, including packing materials.
- Capture and reconcile full monthly stock counts, including scrap and rotations.
- Compile and manage monthly exception reports (claims and rotations).
- Ensure full health and safety compliance within the warehouse.
- Log, investigate, and manage all customer complaints.
- Manage SDA stock levels.
- Conduct stock counts at SDA locations as required.
- Ensures that all health and safety regulations are adhered to in the warehouse.
Requirements
- Matric
- Diploma in Warehousing / Logistics / Supply Chain or related fields (NQF 5)
- 6-8 years experience in Warehouse Management
- Computer Literacy (MS Office Suite and SAP, ERP Systems and other job-specific software systems)
- Knowledge of relevant Warehousing / Logistics /Planning and Sales & Marketing Processes and Practices
