About the Role

Our client, a well-established organisation operating within the automotive and distribution industry, is seeking to employ an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team based in Bloemfontein.

Key Responsibilities

Manage stock levels, FIFO, and voltage checks in the warehouse.
Conduct daily and weekly cycle counts in accordance with company procedures.
Maintain stock levels of small parts, including packing materials.
Capture and reconcile full monthly stock counts, including scrap and rotations.
Compile and manage monthly exception reports (claims and rotations).
Ensure full health and safety compliance within the warehouse.
Log, investigate, and manage all customer complaints.
Manage SDA stock levels.
Conduct stock counts at SDA locations as required.
Ensures that all health and safety regulations are adhered to in the warehouse.

Requirements

Matric
Diploma in Warehousing / Logistics / Supply Chain or related fields (NQF 5)
6-8 years experience in Warehouse Management
Computer Literacy (MS Office Suite and SAP, ERP Systems and other job-specific software systems)
Knowledge of relevant Warehousing / Logistics /Planning and Sales & Marketing Processes and Practices
