About the Role
Our client, Staff Solutions, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Bloemfontein who can ensure effective warehouse management, maintain stock accuracy, and drive operational efficiency while ensuring full compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing warehouse stock levels while ensuring proper FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices
- Conducting daily and weekly cycle counts in line with company procedures
- Maintaining adequate stock levels of small parts and packing materials
- Capturing and reconciling monthly stock counts, including scrap and stock rotations
- Compiling and managing monthly exception reports related to claims and rotations
- Ensuring full health and safety compliance within the warehouse environment
- Logging, investigating, and resolving customer complaints relating to warehouse operations
- Monitoring and managing SDA stock levels for Bethlehem and Upington
- Conducting stock counts at SDA locations when required
- Ensuring adherence to all warehouse health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Diploma in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (NQF 5)
