About the Role
Our client is seeking a professional, organised, and reliable Property Management Consultant to oversee a portfolio of commercial business properties. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative ability, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to manage service providers, contractors, and on-site activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure property standards are maintained
- Identify maintenance needs and ensure timely resolution
- Liaise with maintenance teams, electricians, plumbers, security providers, painters, and builders
- Obtain quotes, schedule work, and ensure quality service delivery
- Build strong working relationships with all service providers
- Manage invoicing, job cards, and supporting documentation
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely submission of invoices
- Track expenses and ensure cost-effective property management
- Assist with tenant queries and operational issues
- Ensure compliance with property standards and safety requirements
Requirements
- Experience in property management, facilities management, or commercial property operations
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport (advantageous)
