Job Description

Manage reception and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients Handle incoming calls, messages, and correspondence professionally Maintain a clean, secure, and organized reception area Provide general administrative support across the office Maintain filing systems and manage office supplies Schedule meetings and prepare necessary documents for meetings Manage calendars and appointments for management Liaise with clients/service providers and handle basic office maintenance issues Support management with diary management, travel arrangements, and correspondence Provide general support to management as needed Assist with basic financial administration Support tax-related filing and correspondence Liaise with relevant authorities and maintain related records Matric (Grade 12) qualification required Degree or diploma will be an advantage Previous experience in office administration Previous experience in an accounting or finance environment will be an advantage Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Fluent in English; Afrikaans is an advantage Professional, friendly, confident, and detail-oriented Excellent interpersonal skills and trustworthy Ability to work independently, proactively, and under pressure
