About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on and commercially minded Store Manager to drive store performance and lead daily operations in our Burgersfort retail store. The successful candidate will be operationally involved, adaptable, and aligned with a sporty, energetic brand environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive store performance and lead daily operations
- Take ownership of store results
- Operate independently or as part of a mini-chain retail setting
- Implement commercial and operational management strategies
- Improve store performance through strong leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year Store Manager experience (additional experience advantageous)
- Background in independent or mini-chain retail environments (±510 stores) preferred
- Highly structured large chain-store experience generally not suitable
- Strong commercial and operational management capability
- Ability to turn around and improve store performance
- Strong brand alignment with a fashion/sports retail environment
Qualifications
No formal education or certifications required.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: Market Related
Incentives: Performance-based store incentives apply
Additional earnings for Sunday & Public Holiday overtime, where applicable
