About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Stellenbosch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to deliver results under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment
- Apply Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Analyse complex business processes, systems and technology solutions
- Implement organisational, planning and prioritisation skills
- Lead change management initiatives in professional services, finance or accounting environments (if applicable)
Requirements
- Post-matric qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience in Project Management, Business Transformation or Change Management roles
- Strong IT project management experience
- Practical experience using Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid project delivery methodologies
