About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Banqueting Coordinator to join our 5-star property in City Bowl, Cape Town. As a key member of our events team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring seamless event execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate banqueting events, including catering, logistics, and venue setup
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues alike
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proven experience in a reservations environment
- Strong numeracy, verbal, and written English skills
