About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Technologist to join our existing civil design office team in Cape Town City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and modelling of civil infrastructure projects using Civil 3D, as well as contributing to various aspects of project management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and modelling of civil infrastructure projects using Civil 3D
- Construction Monitoring & Site inspections
- Assisting with Contract and Project Management Functions
- Contributing to the compiling of Tender Documentation and Technical Specifications
- Contributing and compiling of Feasibility Reports, Design Reports and Tender Adjudication Reports
Requirements
- Minimum 5-10 years’ designing of civil infrastructure projects
- Experience in compiling reports for all stages of project implementation
- Good technical report writing skills
- Excellent time management, communication, and teamworking skills
- Drivers license and own vehicle
- Proficient in AutoCad, Civil 3D, MS Office Suite
Qualifications
- BTech/Advanced Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering
