About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Cape Town City Centre: Clothing/Footwear Merchandise Administrator, where you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our merchandising administration, ensuring seamless customer experiences and meeting company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the merchandising administration balancing customersâ expectations and companyâs objectives
- Manage and adhere to timelines for all orders
- Inputting of data on inhouse system
- Managing ordering of samples, sample schedules and delivery schedules.
- Managing all purchase orders
- Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts for pricing, stock and time expectations
- Ongoing communication and liaison. with Factories in China, Pakistan and India
- Forecasting Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc
- Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners
- Organising of ticketing
- Deal with changes that occur, get involved in problem solving and sorting out extension requests

- Relevant qualification
- Proven working experience in merchandising administration
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills
- Commercial acumen and the ability to understand customer requirements
- Own vehicle and driverâs license essential
