Job Description

REQUIREMENTS Matric, relevant qualification. Proven working experience in merchandising administration Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills Commercial acumen and the ability to understand customer requirements Own vehicle and driver’s license essential DUTIES Manage the merchandising administration balancing customers’ expectations and company’s objectives Manage and adhere to timelines for all orders Inputting of data on inhouse system Managing ordering of samples, sample schedules and delivery schedules. Managing all purchase orders. Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts for pricing, stock and time expectations. Ongoing communication and liaison. with Factories in China, Pakistan and India. Forecasting Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners Remain up to date with industry’s best practices Continual follow up with clients from beginning to end of the process following the time frames and understand the urgency of requirements. Organising of ticketing Deal with changes that occur, get involved in problem solving and sorting out extension requests.
