About the Role
As a Customer Sales Consultant – Construction in our Cape Town City Centre office, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our key clients across various territories within the Western Cape region. Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective territory management and key account growth
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing and new clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various industries
- Conduct site visits and presentations to promote our services and products
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects
Requirements
- Matric (or equivalent qualification)
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience within the Construction or related industries
- Proven background in customer service and territory sales management
- Solid understanding of the Construction sector
- Experience in managing and growing key accounts
