Key Responsibilities: Lead daily factory operations to meet production, quality, and safety targets. Manage two shifts and five supervisors, including scheduling and overtime control. Optimize costs, monitor material usage, and minimize wastage. Drive production planning and ensure timely casting, lane stripping, and delivery. Maintain clear communication with staff to ensure smooth operations. Produce detailed reports for management review. Uphold OHS standards and ensure a safe working environment. Oversee the manufacture of precast elements, including stairs, beams, and lintels. What We’re Looking For: 8 years in manufacturing or construction management. Understanding of concrete production, formwork, reinforcing, and pre-tension steel (advantageous). Mechanical aptitude with experience in batch plants, saws, hydraulic jacks, and cranes. Strong leadership, administrative, and reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software. Deadline-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.
