Job Description

Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring speed, quality, and cleanliness Lead, train, and motivate a team of front-line staff and shift supervisors Manage stock levels, supplier orders, and inventory control Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations Handle customer queries and resolve complaints with professionalism Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost revenue Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs within budget Requirements: Minimum 23 years experience in a management role within the QSR/ fast food or hospitality industry 3 years GAAP / Micros experience Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays Matric certificate (Hospitality or Business Management qualification is a plus)
