About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As an expert in office automation and labeling equipment, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of client machinery, diagnosing and resolving issues on-site, and delivering professional technical support.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve technical faults with printing and labeling equipment
Ensure optimal performance of client machinery
Deliver professional and timely technical support to internal management teams
Complete accurate job cards and report technical faults
Communicate key service details to internal management teams

Requirements

Formal qualification in Electronics or a related technical field
3 to 5 years experience in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of industrial office automation and labeling equipment
Strong technical knowledge of printing and labeling equipment
Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting purposes
A valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle, and a clear criminal and credit record are essential requirements

Qualifications

Formal qualification in Electronics or a related technical field
