Cape Town City Centre: Final Goods Manager

Key Responsibilities Manage the storage, handling, and dispatch of finished goods in line with company standards. Ensure accurate stock control, inventory management, and timely reporting. Collaborate with production, warehousing, logistics, and sales teams to align supply with demand. Oversee loading, offloading, and distribution to customers or distribution centers. Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, GMP, and safety regulations . Lead and develop a team of warehouse and dispatch staff. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Implement and maintain effective systems for tracking and traceability of finished products. Coordinate cycle counts and stock audits. Enforce health, safety, and housekeeping standards in final goods areas. Qualifications & Experience Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field . 5 years experience in warehouse, logistics, or final goods management within FMCG / manufacturing. Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management systems, and dispatch processes. Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Syspro, Oracle, or similar). Strong understanding of compliance standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO, OHS Act). Proven leadership experience in managing teams and operations. Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
