About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a workshop team, providing technical guidance to service advisors, and ensuring compliance with OEM processes in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Technician productivity and efficiency
- Support service advisors with technical guidance
- Assist with diagnostics escalation and workshop planning
- Maintain OEM process compliance
- Provide strong communication skills
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a Workshop Foreman within the Automotive Industry
- Relevant Trade Test qualifications (merSETA | Olifantsfontein | QCTO)
- Strong Technical and Communication skills
