About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join their dynamic team as they supply quality wholesale bakery ingredients, bakery products, food ingredients, and bakery supplies to bakeries, food manufacturers, and top retail brands in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support through CRM adaptation systems
- Meet or exceed sales targets through a guaranteed commission structure
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice
Requirements
- 2 years FMCG Sales experience (Food Industry REQUIRED)
- Minimum 2 years Food Industry experience (FMCG)
- Excellent PC skills for CRM adaptation systems
- Systems knowledge (Pastel experience preferred)
