About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join their dynamic team as they supply quality wholesale bakery ingredients, bakery products, food ingredients, and bakery supplies to bakeries, food manufacturers, and top retail brands in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support through CRM adaptation systems
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through a guaranteed commission structure
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice

Requirements

  • 2 years FMCG Sales experience (Food Industry REQUIRED)
  • Minimum 2 years Food Industry experience (FMCG)
  • Excellent PC skills for CRM adaptation systems
  • Systems knowledge (Pastel experience preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our client’s team in Cape Town City Centre, with a strong background in automotive aftermarket sales and exposure to air-conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will be structured, detail-oriented, and driven to achieve profitable revenue growth through disciplined sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create quotes and invoices accurately
  • Process orders in line with pricing and credit policies
  • Promote the full automotive product range
  • Ensure correct product selection and application
  • Grow and maintain the allocated customer base
  • Liaise with internal sales, technical, and warehouse teams
  • Maintain accurate records and submit required reports
  • Achieve revenue and margin targets

Requirements

  • Matric (non-negotiable)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Automotive Aftermarket or Parts Sales
  • Exposure and/or working knowledge of automotive air-conditioning systems (advantageous)
  • Basic computer literacy (ERP / CRM systems advantageous)
