About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our inventory, working closely with various departments to drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, tracking stock movements and reporting on discrepancies
  • Develop and implement efficient inventory management systems and processes
  • Collaborate with Design, Finance, Client Success, and Operations teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Analyze commercial data to inform inventory decisions, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing costs

Requirements

  • Matric with relevant tertiary qualification
  • Minimum 4 years experience in inventory management, warehouse, or operational roles
  • Strong commercial judgement and cost awareness
  • Genuine interest and eye for bespoke interiors
  • Confidence working cross-functionally in a hybrid or remote environment
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
