This opportunity is ideal for a creative and analytical designer who is passionate about improving how users interact with digital platforms. You will play a key role in shaping user journeys, ensuring that platforms are easy to use, visually appealing and aligned to business goals. Working closely with developers, designers and stakeholders, you will translate user needs into functional and engaging designs. This role offers the chance to build and enhance user experience capability while contributing to the success of digital products that drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and testing to understand user behaviour and needs
- Develop wireframes, prototypes and task flows aligned to user requirements
- Collaborate with development and design teams to deliver intuitive digital solutions
- Define interaction models and improve usability across platforms
- Create user personas and translate insights into meaningful design improvements
- Identify and resolve user experience challenges to enhance usability
- Present design concepts and ensure alignment between business and technical teams
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Degree in Informatics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- 5 to 7 years experience in UX or UI design roles
- Proven portfolio demonstrating successful UX and digital design projects
- Experience in user research, usability testing and interaction design
- Proficiency in design tools such as UXPin, Balsamiq or similar
- Understanding of HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript is advantageous
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex design challenges
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
