About the Role

As a Receptionist in our Cape Town City Centre office, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. You will be the first point of contact for many, and your exceptional communication skills and friendly demeanor will set the tone for their experience with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage the front office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a tidy and organized workspace
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including preparing documents and materials as needed
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the front office, including coordinating meetings and appointments

Requirements
