Retention Specialist Flemish Speaking Be part of a fast-paced SaaS scale-up transforming beauty and wellness businesses Cape Town, Gardens | R25,000 R31,000 p/m | On-site | Flemish-speaking | SaaS About Our Client Our client is a rapidly expanding SaaS company focused on the beauty and wellness industry. The Role: Retention Specialist Flemish Speaking As part of the Commercial Activation team, you will take ownership of the partner journey beyond onboarding, focusing on retention, growth, and long-term platform engagement for Flemish-speaking clients. You’ll work closely with salon and wellness businesses to drive value from the product, address usage issues, and reduce churn. This role is critical in ensuring partners become successful, long-term users of the platform. Key Responsibilities Bring 2 years of experience in client success, account management, or retention roles Engage with Flemish-speaking clients to maintain and grow platform usage Deliver product coaching and best practice guidance to help partners get the most from the platform Identify risk signals and proactively implement retention strategies Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to ensure seamless client experiences Track usage trends and partner health using Salesforce, Google Sheets, and internal systems Champion customer feedback to inform product and process improvements Support partners with feature adoption and long-term digital transformation About You Fluent in Flemish (spoken and written) 2 years in retention, client success, or account management roles Comfortable hosting virtual sessions and engaging across digital channels Strong multitasking, organisation, and KPI management skills Confident using Salesforce, Google Sheets, Slack, and MS Office Empathetic communicator with a problem-solving mindset Results-driven and proactive, with an eye for opportunities to add value Team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-growth environment Nice to Have Background in beauty, wellness, or personal care sectors Experience supporting European or international markets Familiarity with digital transformation or e-commerce platforms
