About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Designer to join our team in Cape Town City Centre, where you will be responsible for designing user-centric digital products that drive seamless task resolution and exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our design team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centric digital products, including dashboards, platforms and web applications
- Create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs
- Translate complex systems and technical requirements into intuitive experiences
- Contribute to brand development and create digital marketing assets (websites, campaigns, presentations)
- Work on AI-enabled products, including conversational interfaces (chatbots, voice)
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, CX and AI teams
- Present and articulate design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders
- Contribute to multimedia content, including video and interactive experiences where relevant
Requirements
- 6–10 years’ experience in UX/UI, product, or digital design
- Strong portfolio showcasing web, product and digital interface design
- Proven experience working on complex digital platforms or SaaS products
- Expertise in wireframing, prototyping and high-fidelity UI design
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into user-friendly solutions
