Job Summary

We’re looking for a dependable SQL Developer to join our team at iOCO. This is a BAU (Business-As-Usual) role focused on supporting and maintaining existing SQL systems, delivering regular reports, and assisting with data analysis. You’ll play a key part in keeping business-critical systems running smoothly while helping teams make sense of their data. What you’ll do: Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions. Create and manage SSRS reports for business users. Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues. Perform root cause analysis and assist with ad hoc data requests. Monitor database performance and implement improvements where needed. Maintain existing data solutions and contribute to ongoing system stability. Work closely with business users to understand reporting needs and deliver insights. Assist with light business analysis to support reporting and process improvement. Your expertise: 5 years’ experience working with SQL Server (T-SQL). Solid experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services). Understanding of relational databases and data structures. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a BAU or support environment. Good communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
