About the Role
Diverse Consulting Solutions is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Financial Accounting Software for a permanent position based in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in financial software and a willingness to grow across both financial accounting and payments and collections domains over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, document and validate requirements across relevant product modules
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria for development squads
- Analyse and map as-is and to-be financial workflows
- Support UAT planning, execution and sign-off with customer teams
- Act as SME during sprint reviews and backlog refinement
- Assess regulatory and audit trail requirements (SOX, local GAAP)
Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA) or studying toward one
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Information Systems — OR equivalent work experience
- Practical or academic exposure to Financial Accounting Software is equally valued

Salary & Benefits
- Market-related salary based on experience gained relating to this Vacancy above only as well as Budget of the Company
