Hire Resolve’s Client a agency specialising in placing top finance and administration professionals. Are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial and Administration Lead to join their talented team.
As the Financial and Administration Lead, you will play a critical role in managing the financial and administrative functions of our organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial reports, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing administrative support to their team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial management of the organisation, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Manage cash flow and banking relationships
- Coordinate and oversee the annual audit process
- Manage administrative tasks, such as office supplies, facilities, and equipment
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and handling correspondence
- Supervise payroll processing and benefits administration
- Implement and enhance internal controls and procedures
- Supervise and mentor finance and administrative staff
- Oversee front desk operations, resident services, and administrative support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Relevant accounting certifications (e.g., ACCA)
- Minimum 5 years in finance or related roles with leadership experience
- Proven experience in financial management and administration
- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership and management abilities
