About the Role
Ad Talent Africa is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to drive commercial growth through strong B2B marketing strategies. As a tech-driven business, we require a seasoned professional with a proven track record in B2B marketing and industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the B2B marketing strategy, including brand, go-to-market, PR, events, and partnerships
- Lead and develop a small marketing team
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and data teams
- Drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Track performance, ROI, and marketing impact
- Report on outcomes and align marketing to business objectives

Requirements
- 8+ years marketing experience with strong B2B exposure
- Industry experience in real estate, software, ecommerce, digital platforms or marketplaces
