• Develop and implement safety policies and procedure
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
• Provide safety training and education to employees
• Investigate accidents and incidents and recommend preventive measures
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate safety records and documentation

Requirements: 

• Up to date SACPCMP registration as “CSHO”
• At least 1 years experience, preferably on multiple sites simultaneously in the civil engineering field.
• Proven work experience as a Health & Safety Officer or similar role
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant certification in health and safety
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
