About the Role
The HRSC Administrator role at Oceana involves supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, and providing accurate data for reporting purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Administration (Using Genie)
- MIE Checks and Psychometric Assessment Booking
- Ensure submission and completion of all On boarding and Off boarding documentation
- Processing of New Engagements, Transfers, Promotions, Demotions, Terminations on SAP – staff movements
- Maintaining Employee Master Data
- L&D Administration Capturing
- Industrial Relations Administration
- Performance Management Administration
- LOA (Letter of Appointment Generating)
- COE (Confirmation of Employment Generating)
- Organisational Management Liaising with Manager: HRSC where applicable
- Submitting information to Payroll for KPI Dashboard
- L&D Admin, Reporting and stats
- Industrial Relations (ER) Reporting and Stats
- Query Resolution through the HR Help Desk
- Ensuring the accuracy of Data received and distributed
- Ensuring Compliance and processes are followed
Requirements
- Behavioural Competencies: Developing and Growing Talent, Driving Results and Accountability, Adapting Flexibly to Change, Personal Integrity and Pride, Customer and Stakeholder Focussed
- Technical Competencies: Business application Knowledge, Data Collection Analysis, Legislative and Regulatory Knowledge, Writing Skills
- National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or similar
- 2 – 3 years HR Administration Experience
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in a Service Centre environment
- 2 – 3 years SAP HCM Experience
- BCEA and LRA Exposure and understanding
- Compliance within the framework of Company Policies and Procedures
- Understanding of EE, BBBEE and ATR/ WSP (On line submissions)
- Reporting and HR Analytics
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint advantageous)
