About the Role
A leading property development and professional services firm is seeking a talented, detail-driven Professional Architect to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to landmark commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects that are shaping the future of South Africa’s built environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality architectural solutions for various projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members
- Maintain accurate records and reports throughout project execution
Requirements
- Professional Degree in Architecture (MArch or equivalent)
- Professional Registration with SACAP as a Professional Architect (Pr. Arch) essential
- Minimum 58 years post-qualification experience
- Strong design ability, technical competency, and proficiency in modern architectural software (Revit essential)
- Experience in high-rise, commercial, or large-scale mixed-use developments is highly advantageous
