Join Indigo Brands in Epping, Cape Town as a ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ADMINISTRATOR and be To responsible for the reconciliation of vendor statements, resolution all accounts related queries between statement and AP Ledger, ensure vendors are paid in full on due dates and that all documents meet SARS and audit requirements. Reporting Structure: Reports to: Accounts Payable Manager Key Areas of Impact: Reconciliations of vendor accounts Request statements from all suppliers within the profile. Follow up on statements when not received. Prepare the reconciliations for each supplier. Data Capturing Accurate capturing and matching of invoices. Internal and SARS compliance checks to be done before capturing. Audit and year end preparations Comply with audit and year end requirements by providing the necessary supporting documentation, reporting and prescribed checks and balances. Query Resolution Address all issues on invoices. Provide feedback weekly on any issues found. Resolve reconciling items.
