About the Role
RPO Recruitment’s client, a reputable building contractor based in Cape Town, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in building construction and proven experience managing multiple projects, teams, and contractual obligations within a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from inception through to completion while ensuring quality, cost control, and programme targets are achieved.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and construction legislation.
- Provide excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Building, Civil Engineering or similar.
- Minimum 10 years experience within the building construction industry.
- Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role.
