Key Responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, uniform, and discipline in the kitchen environment
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to the highest standards
- Ensure seamless kitchen operations and spotless equipment
- Work seamlessly with chefs and fellow stewards as part of a team
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward in a 5-star luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or international resort
- Strong knowledge of hygiene standards, cleaning procedures, and kitchen organization
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
